General Information
 
  Sharpesonline operated by M.R. Sharpe Ltd is registered in England at
  Westinghouse Road, Trafford Park, Manchester, M17 1PU: No 01937567
  Prices are subject to variation or alteration without prior notice and unless
  subject to any specific agreement in writing to the contrary goods will be
  charged at the current website price on date of ordering.

  All prices include VAT at standard rate.

  All items advertised by Sharpesonline are subject to availability. 

  Prices indicated as reductions relate to products that have been on sale
  previously at the higher price for at least 28 days.

  Sharpesonline have the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.

  Sharpesonline have the right to decline service to any individual.

  All rights, including copyright, logos and domain names used are the copyright
  of M R Sharpe Ltd, trading as Sharpesonline.  The information may not be
  modified or republished without our permission.

  Except as otherwise agreed in these conditions all descriptive matter, weights,
  dimensions, specifications, capacities are published or issued for the sole
  purpose of giving an approximate idea of the goods described therein and no
  information contained in any of them or in any other document whatever shall
  form part of the contractual description of the goods nor shall they form part
  of the contract.  We reserve the right to make without notice such reasonable
  modifications to the Goods as it deems necessary or desirable.
 
Delivery and Charges
 
  We endeavour to dispatch all orders as soon as possible after receipt, orders
  under £20 will be dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Post, orders over £20
  will be dispatched on a three day service by our designated carriers, we
  reserve the right to select a carrier at our discretion.

  The purchaser shall be responsible for taking delivery of the Goods at
  the agreed place.  The Purchaser must examine the Goods on delivery and sign
  the appropriate delivery note and note any damage to packaging or loss on the
  same.

  Standard charges are: -

  We also offer a Next Day service at a premium: -

 All deliveries are made between Monday and Friday only.  Orders must be received by noon to guarantee next day delivery.

  All carrier consignments require a signature unless you provide an instruction
  as to where the driver is to leave the package(s).  Any special requirements
  should be noted in the special comments box.

 During the run up to Christmas dispatch times may not always be met and delays may inevitably occur.
 
Payments
 
 Payment can be made by Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Diners Club, Switch,
  Solo, JBC or Maestro Card.  To ensure that shopping online is secure, your
  credit/debit card details will be encrypted.
 
Privacy
 
In order to process your order we need your name and address for delivery and credit card details, including card number and expiry date in order to obtain 
payment for the goods ordered.  Also required is a telephone number and email 
address to enable us to contact you should there be a problem with your order.

The information you enter is only to allow us to process your order and   arrange payments.  We do not give, hire or sell information to third parties.   We may wish to contact you from time to time with future offers, if you do not   wish to be included in the mailing please mark the relevant box.
 
Tax
 
All prices include VAT when applicable
 
Security
 
Your browser will go into secure mode as soon as you access the 'checkout' or 
'login' pages, i.e. before you enter any personal or payment details. You can 
check that you are shopping in a secure environment by looking for either a 
locked padlock or a key icon in the grey bar at the bottom of your screen. 

Being in 'secure mode' means that all of your details are encrypted to help 
keep them secure. Encryption creates billions of code combinations to protect 
each transaction made on our site, so your card details cannot be viewed by 
anyone else using the Internet. If you are using one of the more recent 
browser versions, our site supports 128 bit encryption and therefore keeps 
your details as safe as possible at all times.

Cookies are currently used on the site only to store login information into the session. No personal information is stored in this cookie and it is automatically deleted once the browser is closed.


 
Complaints
 
We endeavour to provide good quality service and products at all times,

Returns
 
If after receiving your order you find you have ordered incorrectly or items 
are unsuitable you can return any item to us, at your own cost for a refund

However, good have to be returned in their original packaging and in a 
saleable condition before a refund can be issued.

All returned goods will be thoroughly checked before a refund is issued.  
Monies will be refunded to the original credit card used for the purchase. 
We will endeavour to refund within 7 days of receipt of the returns, however, 
this may be slightly longer during the Christmas period.

On receipt of your order it advisable that you check immediately for damage or 
faults.  In the unlikely event that an item does arrive damaged/faulty you must inform us within 5 days of dispatch. A replacement will be offered where   possible, if not a refund will be made.
 
Cancellations
 
You have a right to cancel your order within 7 days of the receipt of the   goods.  We will refund monies paid for the returned goods, for goods returned   in their original unopened packaging.  Delivery charges will only be refunded   if the goods supplied faulty.  Administration charge may apply.
